My attorney has agreed to file for RIR labor. I have submitted all the required documents. It has been about two (2) months and no application has been filed yet with DOL/SESA. Whenever I talk to my attorney I get the same reply "We are working on a strategy and will advise you when the petition is going to be filed".
I am assuming that they are doing the print ads., but haven\'t seen any ads. on the newspapers yet.
Any idea how long it takes to prepare the petition? By the way this is in Chicago and the attorney is Fragomen.
