How long does it take to update online status?

How long does it take to update online status to "RFE received" status? My lazy attorney have responded on RFE between January 6 and 9 from San Jose. When should I expect "RFE received" status for my case?

mine was replied around 12-15th of Jan' 04 and got updated on 21st Jan' 04.

Check with your lawyer

They receive a ticket from BCIS as a receipt for all documents received by BCIS.

Bastard attorney have sent RFE replay without confirmation receipt.

my lawyer sent RFE on 12th by overnight from LA and message got changed on 14th. Check with your lawyer definately or ask them to call BCIS and make sure that they have received RFE.

I just have called to National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283
regarding my RFE reply. They said I should write a letter to CSC about RFE. I don't know how long will it take to answer on this letter. May be it's better to just send RFE reply again. Any ideas?

It took the message about a week after sending to show up. (about 3 days after CSC received it)
