How long does it take to receive actual EAD card?

The online status for EAD changed to approved today for my wife.
How long will it take to receive the actual card? We need the EAD card by first week of November. Can we get an IEAD if it does not arrive ontime. Please share your experience.

Me and my wife got it within 2 days of the online message saying it got approved. I am in LA and these get posted from Laguna Niguel - so depends where you stay. Should not be long.
