How long does it take to get the I-539 filing receipt ?

Hi,
Can anyone tell me how long does it take to get the receipt
of filing after you mail your visitor visa extension I-539 application ?

I mailed the visitor visa application I-539 to California Service Center
on 25th May by United States Postal Service regular mail. I have not
received the receipt yet. How long does it take to get the receipt from
California Service Center ?

Does INS accept application by Express Mail ?

I checked my bank account and the check is not cashed yet.

Let me know if anyone has any information about this.

I have sent the I 539 form on May 26 to California Service Center by Express mail.I received the receipt notice on Jun 4.

Did you check with your bank to see whether your check
is cashed ?

Does the receipt say how long will it take for I-539 approval ?

Yes, the check is cashed.
When i checked the status of my case in USCIS website, it says it is taking between 90 and 120 days to process this kind of case..
