how long does it take to get ND after mailing I485 application

My attorney sent the I485 package via 2nd day UPS on Mar 2nd. When can
I expect to get my RD/ND for the I485 application?

Mine was sent 1/7, but never received a receipt. I did get my AP approval and FP Notice though.

Finally my lawyer on thursday mar 16 received my 485 receipts..she has mailed it to me from Chicago to LA..I should be getting it monday/tuesday and then i will know my ND ...For me it tooks exactly 5 weeks ...lawyer send on feb 8 and got receits on mar 16

My attorney said it is taking two weeks to get the ND/RD.
But on this forum I have noticed that it takes about 4-5
weeks. I guess I don\'t have a choice except for waiting
to hear from them...

My attorney sent to CSC on 02/22/01.
RD 02/23 ND 03/15.
The attorney\'s office received the receipts on March 19th.

My attorney\'s office has received the notice and forwarded to me. I will get it tommorrow morning (3/29). My package was sent on 2/28.

Hi,

What is the difference between RD (I assume Receipt Date) and ND (I assume Notification Date)?

Mine was sent on March 9th. Still waiting.
