How long does it take to get Card in mail after enter in to USA

Dear Friends,
My daughter got approved as FTJ at Mumbai. and she came to usa this week. She is less then 14years and i want to know how long does it take to get the real Green Card in Hand after enter in to USA ? She got stamped at JFK
 
I received my green card 4-5 weeks after I entered to US with the immigrant visa (I had H1B visa and I went thru CP for the greencard). I entered to US via SFO, and I lived in Atlanta.
 
I got my green card stamp on the passport Feb. 25, 2001. The actual green card came in the mail about 6 weeks later.
 
Anyone who is from New York and enter via JFK airport please share your exprience. and someone please let me know how we track the case online. With the Approved I-824 EAC # or something else??
 
hey i have some similar concerns as u. is there anyway i can track how long it will take for me to recieve my card in the mail, using the EAC# ( the number they wrote on the stamp in my passport). how long will it take for my welcome letter to arrive in th mail
