Do any of you have expereince with San Antonio office?

How long does it take to get card after PP stamped in San Antonio? My PP was stamped 2 months ago, I am still waiting for the card, does it take this long?

I got my PP stamped there on April 19 and still waiting for the card.

It has been more than 4 months! Have you taken any action on this? Like InfoPass? Will that help?

And my wife's case is under background checking and I also have no idea about how long does it take to complete.
