how long does it take to get approval after finger printing appointment

Hello everyone,

I got my GC the end of last year, and my spouse filed his application this March.

He did not get his finger print appointment until today. And his case receipt time is way pass the posted processing time.

I am wondering
1. Is it a normal procedure now to have finger printing appointment this late? I got my finger print appointment about 30 days after i filed 485.
2. How long does it take to get a decision after finger printing appointment?

What's the case category, Priority date and country of chargeability ??

btw, you cannot predict approval based on FP appt. notice -- there are more things like name check etc.
