An I-130 gets you neither an immigrant visa number, nor an alien number.

You're asking the wrong question. Explain the underlying reason that led you to ask this question, and we might have a relevant answer for you.
The reason is:
I am trying to find a doctor who would let me not take TB skin test since I am 6 mo. pregnant. No luck yet. So, I am thinking about applying for GC without med exam, then sending it to them whenever they ask.
I thought that I could just send I-130 + supporting forms, then when they approve (I though they'd give me an immigrant number), I will send the app. for a change of status (from H1B) WITH med exam - baby will be born by then. That's why I was asking about I-130. If it doesn't do anything sending it alone, then I am thinking about sending everything without medical papers.

If you are married to a US citizen and preparing to file an I-130 based on marriage, immigrant visa numbers are irrelevant to your concerns.
You are in H1B status now, so there is no need to rush to file the I-485 right now unless your H1B is expiring soon. You could file the I-130 alone now without the I-485, and then file the I-485 later after you've done the medical. The medical form is supposed to accompany the I-485, not the I-130.
