How long does it take for I-140 receipt

I have applied for I-140/485 on 10th september, 2004. I have not got any receipt or any proof other than the UPS delivery number., which says it has reached on 10th septmeber 2004.
My company is not willing to give me the details of the back side of the check to reveal the EAC number nor does my Lawyer respond to any emails or Phone calls.

Is there any one around that same time period still waiting for the receipts.

Please share your info.

Usually it takes 30-45 days. if you don't hear from USCIS in 45 days call them and they would sent a copy.

It usually take 2-4 weeks. You should be getting it in couple of days. Don't worry.
