How long does expedited H1 take?

Does anyone know how long it usually takes for an expedited H1 to be processed, especially if the petition is not subject to the cap (i.e. has previously been subject to the cap so not currently subject to it)? I know they say 2 weeks, is that truly accurate?
 
There is no clear cut answer as each case is different. Premium process does not guarantee the approval within 14 days. They are supposed to make "certain" decision within 14 days.
 
Thanks. I know each case is different. I was just wondering if there is a generalized answer if the case does not end up having any RFE. What do you mean by certain decisions need to be made within the time frame? Anyway, I figured there probably wouldn't be an answer, I was just hoping people on here had had experience with it and had not had any RFEs.
 
A 15 calender day turnaround is established for premium processing service. In case of an RFE the turnaround time is reinstated after the RFE rebuttal.
