How long do you have for stamping after approval

Folks,

Who already have got approvals and got stamping done -

How long does INS give you to get the stamping done ? 1 month, 3 month or .....

Can someone post the contents of approval letter - will appreciate.
 
Sooner the better. You need stamping for employment and travel. There is no approval letter. Just a welcome note when your card arrives. That's all.
 
Well sooner the better - I agree.

I am asking because I am paronoid. I lost letters sometimes and also the address has changed. Though my lawyer should get the original but she may not pass ON. (It happend with other people). So I have two unreliable postal souces PLUS my wife and child are not approved - RFE for them. Wonder if I wait and all go together.
