How Long Do I Need To Stay With Sponser

Anyone who can answer the following questions:

PWage when does that Starts? After I rec the GC? How long do I need to stay with CO that sponser me?

What will happen if he is paying me less than the amt that was entered on LC appt ? Does INS or DOL monitor this ?

I need to know the above answers ASAP anyone .

...By law, as soon as GC is approved.

How long do I need to stay with CO that sponser me?
...As long as you have intent to stay with sponser during GC process, you are fine. After GC approval if you stay another 6 months, it's easy to show intent. It's not required though.


What will happen if he is paying me less than the amt that was entered on LC appt ?
...By law, employer is suppose to pay the prevailing wage. If you wish, you can quit the job based on the fact that employer is not paying offered salary.

Does INS or DOL monitor this ?
...I doubt that. Unless they get a complain.

Hey one more things after the GC , can he let me go and then re-hire me at a Lower Rate ? the things is the LC rate is too high and at the time when processing the Appt we didn't complain to TWC which we should off at that time and get the wage lower , now the LC is Approved and fixing to File 140/485 I know we have to stick with that wage until the GC is rec , I willing to take a lower wage since the wage is really to high , My question is could he re-hire me at 1/2 the wage lets say in 5 mths or so after the GC? I'm fine with that , will this cause a Problem ?

I need this Answer anyone since My 140/485 is pending and need to know before we submit the above .
