Here is my story
I am EB2 filed concurrently May 2006. My I140 got approved about 7-8 weeks ago. Regarding my I485 my EAD and travel document are approved. I called up service center my security is cleared. I am from the non retro counties my visa number is current. I called up USCIS on 9/18/06 when i got a LUD. Basically they told me an officer has picked up my case. Expect approval anytuime soon they told me. I called them up again about 2 days ago. This time they said everything is ready case is approvable. but it depends on the officers workload. So the officer has been working on my case for about 3+ weeks now. I know these guys are very busy but whats the hold up? How much longer i should expect to her some good new? anyone
