How long do checks take to clear after mailing in N-400?

I mailed in my N-400 on May 24. It was received in Vermont on May 26. As yet, the checks haven't cleared or I haven't received any notifications in the mail. Anyone have any idea of how long before the notifications are sent out and how long before the checks clear? Also, is the notification sent out from Vermont (the service center) or from the district office, which is Newark in my case.

notification is from vermont,newark right now has no information about ur application.
check with your bank if the cheks have been sleared.
