How long could I get the receipt?

Guys,

Got a question: my company submitted my I485 to Vermont by the end of May and I was told that it might spend me six weeks to wait for the receipt, but I heard from all my friends that they got their receipt just about 3 weeks. I am confused right now, is there any information about the time for receipt?

Hope people won\'t make any mistakes about the receipt. So the ND must be after RD, right?
