how long can we wait before entering

My parents have got a 10-year visa. They do not want to visit us in the USA right away. But we want to make sure there is no restriction on how soon they must visit the USA after getting the visa.

Do they have to enter within a specific amount of time? What are the options? I would really appreciate your response.
 
Thanks for your reply. Is there any link/source you can point to verify? I just want to make sure my parents won't have any surprises :) when they try to visit us in about a year. Thanks again.
