How long can I get my Fingerprint notice after I485 Filed?

My I-485 RD is 03/11/05 and ND is 03/16/05. I haven't recieved FP notices yet. I have seen couple of people who applied after my RD got FP done. It is nearly impossible to predict USCIS.

I have a RD of 03/09/05 and ND of 03/14/05 - No FP yet. Got EAD and AP. I know of a person whose RD was 03/21 and has completed FP !!

I filed my I485 (I140 already approved under NIW) and the ND was 03-24-05. I got the FP notice in about 5 weeks and got the FP done a week later. I am not sure if getting a prior approval of I140 helped to speed up the process.

what your lawyer says about this matter. It is very strange. It has been two month since my I-485 RD. I didn't get the FP notice. Can we do something about this?
