How long after RFE for EAD/AP?

I-485 ND:06/26/2003
I-140 AD:04/12/2004
EAD/AP: RD:03/11/2004 RFE:06/01/2004 RFE Replied:06/07/2004 RFE Received by USCIS:06/14/2004
Service Center:VSC

Does anyone how long it maybe before the EAD/AP is issued? The RFE was just for clear copies of passport/DL.

36 days in my case.

EAD was applied on November 28th (RD December 3 2003). RFE (clear photo)was responded on May 11th. Last Update Date was changed on June 1 but status was same. EAD was approved yesterday.

I got the same RFE (clear copy of passport) for my AP application when infact I had sent color copy of my driver's license in my original application. VSC received RFE June 1st 2004. No approval yet.

Hi neely..did u send the color photocopy of passport?

I submitted the copy of passport again after RFe but B?W.Now I read that u got to submit color copy of passport.Did u send color copy?Should I send tha t too now?Please pm me.Thanks

Not necessary

As long as you submitted clear BW copies, its fine. I submitted color copies because i felt then nothing is left to guess. But after i sent color copies, i read a lot of messages where they had mentioned making color copies of DL etc. is illegal. So I think you have done the right thing. Don't confuse the already confused guys by sending more info than what they need.
 
Only sent B/W copies

want2knowmore you are right. Color copies are not necessary as long as black and white copies are clear. I submitted only B/W copies of passport with original application. RFE was about the immigration photo not according to their standard(?).
 
Ap Ref

RFE on AP for a clear passport copy on May 12th.
I sent back color copy of my passport the next day, which was May 13rd. Reiceive date by NSC : May 27th, 2004.
Now my AP is still pending.
