How long after reply to RFE??

RRE: received on 5/2/02 for medical
AD: 5/14/02
 
It is from TSC, but I am not on the list because I never visit that website

PD: 01/00 (EB1 China)

RFE issued on 4/14/02 and replied on 5/2/02 for medical exam
Approved on 5/14/02 by AVM.
It took about 28 month to get through. Hope everyone hear good news
 
I\'m from China, EB2.

I think if a case is more complicated, it may take longer time to clear RFE. Sometimes the officer him/herself can not make a decision on the case, then the case may be referred to his/her supervisor, or it demands a collective decision. Just my guess. Be patient and be strong. Best wishes!

I replied my RFE in 3rd week of February, and my case was approved on April 22; full 2 months
