How long after reply to RFE

I had a medical RFE - Xray required. I have taken a X-ray and have submitted the report. My attorney said that they were sending the RFE on Friday ( I will assume that they did- generally they are good).

Any idea how long it will take for INS to approve once the RFE is submitted.

That's because the officer who was looking into your case has gone into a short term disability after maternity and mine is still on maternity leave. Mine might go into long term disability.

RFE received October 16th....I was told it went back to the officer on Dec. 21.....

Mine took 5 weeks to get approved

RFE received 12/04
AD 1/13/03
for the RD case 10/23/01.

2 weeks - 2 months

My friend got approval within 2 weeks. Mine took one month.
