How long after Finger Print to resume action

Any one has any experience, how long it will take the FP verification to complete and resume the processing of Green Card. Since FBI reports to INS may be in a day or two what is the process from INS after that.

I know there are people who got 2nd FP after the since the first one expired. Did any one noticed any action after that.

I did my first finger print on 03/16/04.
Still floating.

I had my 2nd FP june 2nd it was cleared by FBI and sent to Texas same day and approved June 9th.
