How long after Card ordered for the actual card

The message changed to:

On December 17, 2002, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Processing normally takes between 160 and 180 days. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.
==============

This seems to a standard message. Any idea how long it takes to receive the card.

BTW, the message changed only for my wife's case, mine still is same = "Processing for your application is complete...." I hope it should change within the next few days...

Wait and Don't worry !!!

Card could take any time between 1 week to 1 year. I know some people who have't got it for 1 year, they did second stamping. I also know some people who got it in 1 month.
INS is completely unpredictable so don't worry about the card and enjoy your PR status.

Generally, you get your card within 4-5 days after a message like this. At least, I did and so did a few of my friends.
