How long after can a Labor Cert be used?

Hey everyone.....just want to know how long after a Labor Cert is approved can it be used. I have a labor that was approved in Jan 03 for someone else.....can it still be used if all the qualifications and requirements match????

There is no set expiration date for a Labor Cert. This makes sense, since in some cases it can take years for a PD to become current.
