How is the progress for Fp notification?

Is FP process is in order with INS? or there are delays in that too? How is I140 and Labor certification coming along?? any idea???

From what I learned, FP is scheduled randomly by a computer. Maybe the algorithm uses information like the state where you live, RD, etc .. I don't know...
