How is 3rd FP generated

Is 3rd FP generated 15 months from the 2nd FP receipt date or 15 months from the 2nd FP scheduled date. What happens in case of early 2nd FP ?

I don't recall seeing any 3rd FPs yet.

Did anyone do 3rd FP ?

I received a notice to go for my fingerprints a third time - but this was continuation of my 2FP - becasue they were not readable. So in essence I did go for my fingerprints a third time - but it was due to any requirement other then a reconfirmation.

I have never heard of a 3rd FP - so far.

After you gave your 2nd FP (for the first time) did you call FBI and check your status? What did they say??

From where did you get your re-2nd FP notice from ? BCIS??
