My name is Joe. My employer sponsors my I-485. I may have to apply for an I-601 waiver here in the States. The immigration officer told I can apply for the waiver because my two daughters are American citizens. They are 9 years and 2 years old.
My question is how hard to get I-601 approved? Majority get approved or denied? I got mixed messages online, kind of confused.Thank you very much for your kind suggestion.
