How H1 Transfer makes impact on H4 Dependent visa problem

Hi,

My wife and daughter got H4 Visa At chennai. They come to USA in july 31 2005. Right now i am on H1. If i tranfer my H1 to other company before they come into USA, How this H1 Tranfer make impact on H4 Dependent Visas.

As long as you are in status during and after the transfer process, they are also kept in status. No need for them to get separate visa just as there is no need for you to get a separate visa everytime you change an employer.

Not now atleast. But I hear that such a law is under consideration for some time in the future.
