How frequently can enter US on B2 visitor visa ?

Hello,

My mother has a 10 year multiple entry B2 visitor visa. She has already been to the US on that visa once for 6 months. Then she left the US and has been outside for 7 months now. I would like to bring her here again soon.... My question is...

1. How soon can I bring my mother over to the US on B2. I know that the law/guideline is that you can stay inside US for 6 months at a time and have to live outside of US for atleast 6 months after that. So is it safe (visa wise) to bring her here every 6 months in a year ?

2. On a related note... how likely is that she will get a 6 months I94 if she keeps coming here every 6 months ? I understand that you cannot predict these things; but I would like to know what has been the general experience.

A1: A genuine visitor should never spend more than 6 months in the US during any rolling 12 month window.

A2: No one can predict this. See A1 above.
