My application date is Nov 1998, but my wife needed to get re-fingerprinted. Looks like many people who applied around the same time as I have had their I-485s approved. Any idea how re-fingerprinting (done Feb 2000) will set my case back? My lawyer tells me that they will hold my case back till her FPs are sent back. Thanks for any info.
