How early to File 7th yr xt?

Friends,

I have utilized LC subsituation, have an approved I140 & have filed I485 under EB3 category in Mar2004.

Now my 6 years are completing with in next 9months.

I wish to know, how much time before completion of my 6 yrs should I be filing my 7th yr extension in order not to end up in any complications?

4 months before is practically safe.
