How early can a Query be Raised Since RFE Reply to VSC?

Gurus,

when can i raise a Query with the VSC on the 800 Line?

Do i have to wait for a Fixed period since the Receipt by VSC of my RFE Reply or can i raise query as the Current Processing Dates are more then one month past my Filing date?

When you receive the RFE in that it mentions that that you would hear back from USCIS in minimum 14 days and maximum 60 days - If you do not hear from them in 60 days is when you can initiate inquiries. I too have replied to an RFE and waiting for 60 days to pass before i can initiate anything, thou mine was recvd only on 10/05. Look once again at the copy of the RFE copy that you must have recvd.
