My AP is getting expired on on 1st week of July 2007. I have to go to India on last week of June and come back in Aug.
I know I can file AP in 1st week of April which will be 90 days ahead.
--------------one can file AP any time. where did you read that AP can be filed only 90 days before expiry date? USCIS says file EAD or AP 6 months advance
Can I file in March which will be like 120 days before expire?
----file the AP now so that you get it approved and in your hand BEFORE you go out of US.
