I would like to know how to know if a case is applied in RIR
or not.
The company which I work for says it was applied in RIR but from the DOL web site data for labor filed in 2003 from my company shows some cases were applied in RIR and some in NON-RIR .
I have my ETA case number it starts with a P .
MY question is : Is there any way to know if a case was applied in RIR or not ?
