how does one check message for LUD

Hi all:

This may sound like a stupid question.

All I see on my online account is the date of LUD. But on this forum, I see people describing the messages associated with their LUDs.

Am I missing something?

in your online account, check your Receipt Number column. your receipt numbers will be in blue. simply click on each receipt number to see the message. the messages of certain luds will be mailed to you if you selected that option. but note that sometimes you will have a lud but with no change in the message at all...
