I am waiting for my BIA appeal my lawyer is like they might be waiting on the runoff elections in Zimbabwe

I have a work permit which expires in Dec last time I renewed mine I got the interview and denial so i had to appeal
I am doen with my program but need money to pay of my tution

thankfully i have a job for the summer i am tired and dont kow what else to do

any suggestion

going home is not one of them

What i was saying was the last time i got a a work permit and when it was time to renew it i got the notice for my asylum interview which was denied and hence my appeal with the BIA

i am just starting to get very anxious
does that make sense now

good luck to you. I hope that either Obama or McCain will make immigration laws more humane.
