Don't try Capital One even if you have excellent credit. They fucking suck.

My wife has them. I pretty much hate them because when she called to activate her card, the guy tried to get her to sign up for the "insurance" thing where they charge you an extra fee. She told him no 6 times, and he wouldn't shut up so she got so frustrated she hung up on him.

Guess what? They signed her up for it. "No, no, no, no, no, no" apparently = Yes. Fuckers.

She got her new card in the mail the other day and guess what, they tried the same thing again. The guy wouldn't take no for an answer, only this time wifey said "let me talk to your supervisor" and the guy backed down.

Must get her to dump them.
