How do I tell if my Photo is 24Bit Color?

I've got my Visa Photo.
The Size is right
No Doctoring or editing required.
It's in full color, its clear, but how do I make it 24 bit color?

( It's in RBG Color Mode at the moment, It's resolution is 28 pixels/cm )

If it is in RGB it should have 24 bit. Check it on your desktop with right mouse button -> properties -> details

Hmm I think it is, I've put it on my desktop, right clicked, properties, but it doesnt say what type of colors it has and I dont have a details tab sadly.

There must something within the properties that shows the image details.

Right Click on Photo, Properties, click Summery and click Advance there u can see the Bit Depth and other details
