How do I prove to CBP that I am *NOT* a US Citizen?

Is it not the case that the state department has already accepted your claim to not being a citizen by giving you a visa?

Had this come up twenty years ago I probably would have just gone along with it, but now in my fifties and not anticipating working in the US again it would just be a life-long tax nuisance.
 
Unfortunately it appears a couple of my posts didn't show up randomly.

Long story shortened, it appears it is the Social Security Administration that is mis-identifying me as a US citizen.
