Majority of Applicants: Average 3-6 Monthsrosatiamo said:I see many people here can tell when their name check starts and when it ends. How did you get that information? I called USCIS and the lady told me that they are not supposed to tell me this. Also, how long on average is the name check? Thanks!
Where did you learn that Majority of Applicants: Average 3-6 Months, but rather more than one year?assur said:Majority of Applicants: Average 3-6 Months
Minority of Applicants: Several Years (01-XX Years)
Anything is possible. I have completed almost two years and no progress. The application of my colleque was filed after me cleared after 4 months and now he is travelling towards citizenship.immiq said:Where did you learn that Majority of Applicants: Average 3-6 Months, but rather more than one year?
The problem is on the “Majority of Applicants” you said. How many people get their I-485 approved within 6 months, majority or rare?assur said:Anything is possible. USCIS knows better.
Now it comes to USCIS, the USCIS does business and does not award GCs. Read and research, as we did, find yourself that how hard it is and unpredictable the USCIS processes. Look at the approvals before JUNE 2005 as a pleasent memory, then decline for many reasons.immiq said:The problem is on the “Majority of Applicants” you said.
