how do I know company's financial status?-for I140

how do I know my companies financial status?
because I filed my I140 in NSC. And I am hearing now lots of RFE's and denials based on ability to Pay I140.

are talking about the pay for the individual....
how does it works ....does RFE comes to the company or the lawer

While filing i140, at least in my case, company has sent a document (form g28) mentioning the turnover and number of employees. I have to sign it and sent to attorney, as far as I remember.

Hi,

My lawer told me that just sign on the Labor copy and send it back. I didn't get g28 forms and other details about the company.

Is it normal ? Can someone please advise us.
