Greetings Friends!
Status: EB-2. May 03 Concurrent Filing, 140 pending. FP done in Aug 03 and USCIS website shows it was received by INS Sept 03.
Question: The Ohata Memo states I-140 will not be processed unless I-485 is ready for adjudication.
1. How do I know if my 485 is adjudication ready?
2. Will the status show when the name check has been performed at USCIS website?
3. Is there anything I can do to request a faster name check?
