How do I get him immigrated?

Hi I am new and I have a very big question. I have a boyfriend who lives in england . I live in the usa.

He was born there and I was born here. How do I get him here.

I am on SSI and applying for mental dissablity. He has simmaler problems , but He is not on any system in his country.

I am 21 he is 25.

How can he live here if he cannot work?

We love each other very very much and have known each other for 3 years.

He has visited me twice and I have never been to england.

Please tell me there is some way to get him here?!

You can apply for a fiance visa for him. Get an attorney if you are not familiar with the process. Once you got married here you can file for adjustment of status to get a green card for him. However, for both you have to show that you can financially take care of him, which in this case is going to be extremely difficult. You likely will need a co-sponsor (parents?).
 
My parents would help but they are low on money and They cand help me with it.

So there isent any way for him to get here then?

The reason why a sponsor is required is to make sure that the person does not become a public charge. It looks like since your fiance cannot work, he may at some point apply for government help.

At this time, the government or county will go to the sponsor's income to payback the benefits provided.
 
I have talked with my parents and they are willing to co sponsor him. how would all that work? would it make applying for a fiance visa more difficult? and would we be more likely to be denied?

As far as the co-sponsors show they can take care of the individual applying, it should not be a problem. The US govt. wants to make sure that people applying for Green card based on marriage don't become a public charge. If they have someone who will take care of this responsibility then they would not cause problems.
 
Dont forget that you have had seen him in present in the past 2.5 years. You will need to prove it. For a petition, without affidavit of support, the marriage wont work. So dont waste your money, get education and a good job! Then two could marry!
