How do I find my case # to call AVM if my company lawyer won\'t tell me?

My company has the rule that no case (or receipt) # will be given to us. I saw someone tried successfully to get it by calling IIO. Could someone there tell how? Thanx in advance!
 
Easy

When U get ur Approval Notice in mail :)
Take it easy..!! ONly way u will come to know if ur company
policy is like that..!!
 
If u have EAD card

look for your A# on it. Call IIO to check the status by giving A# and
ask for EAC#. IIO\'s give you the information, as you are the
petitioner and beneficiary.
 
It will be on ur FP notice. Any idea about the timeframe as to when company filed for 485

Depending on that after 2-3 months u will get FP notice. EAC#/A# is mentioned on FP notice. Which state r u from? Fp notice also depends on state. So u will have to wait till then if ur company does not let u know ur RD/ND/EAC#

You can easily get the info

Just call IIO and give them your SSN and they will check your DOB and other info and will out your EAC no\'s for 485, EAD,etc for you. To get the info for your spouse you have to have her besides you in the call.
