how do I file a FOIA request for my complete A-file on a CD-ROM?
will they allow me to request both copies on paper and CD at the same time?
Is there a fee for this? and do I still use form G-639 for this purpose?

I've already been a citizen for a while now. I just want a copy of the entire file for my records. I didn't save copies of any of the forms/papers/documents that I've submitted to the INS/USCIS over the years.

Is there a sitcky on this forum for this question? Thanks in advance!

Yes

They do give CD-ROMS. Use form G-639, ask for the entire immigration file. Put down as much of your inf as possible, especially A#.

A couple of weeks after you submit the form, you'll get an acknowledgement of receipt from the USCIS. It will include a number to call, if you wish to order your A-file on CD instead of paper. G-639 itself doesn't have a section where you can indicate your media preference.
