How do I determine the appropriate prevailing wage?

In my case, my job title is scientist/project manager in a small biotech company.
When I go to
http://www.flcdatacenter.com/OesWizardStart.aspx
For the occupation, I think I should choose "Biologist all others", I could not find any occupation like "Project manager" , so I think "Project manager" is not an effective job title. Am I right?
And then, how should I determine my experience level?
