How do I close a case with USCIS that was opened 6 years ago unde LIFE
Act 245(i). We are no longer together (divorced) and we were not called
for an interview. I need to close this case. What do I need to do??
Which forms to fill ..or where do I send letter to close file/case?:confused:
 
I was actually the beneficiary. My ex, who was my sponsor then has refused to corporate in any way (we are not in communication anymore). Can I go ahead and close the case myself?
