How difficult is CP through AC140

Hi,

I got my 140 approved. My attorney has not mentioned that we would do CP when we filed for 140. Being in TSC I find doing CP at this stage more advantageous. My question is:

• Can I file for attorney certified AC140?
• Is there some kind of a hardship we have to prove so that we can file for AC140? If so what?
• Are there Plus/Minuses of CP through AC140 over CP through National service center?
• If my application at the Mumbai consulate is rejected than what recourse do I have, Can I file 485 then.
• What is the best place to find all the steps for CP thru AC140 and how much time frame we are looking at.

Havent done AC-I140 but in the process of doing...so your guess is as good as mine.

Yes you can file AC-I140, Mumbai and Delhi consulates accept AC-I140.

Lawyer has to send I-824 receipt along with the certified I140 + packet 3.

Yes you can file I-485, but if Mumbai consulate rejects it you can still wait for your I-824 approval.
