How can we make sure that both Husband & wife get same FP & Interview date

Hi

We (husband & wife) are planning to send N400 in few days.I have few questions in this regard

1. Can we send both forms in a single Envelope?

2. What is the probability of getting the same FP & Interview date. We travel outside of City quite frequently and want to make sure that if we have to come back for FP, we can come together.

3. When you get FP date, is it a fixed date / an interval of time within which one has to get this done.

4. What happens if someone misses the FP date.

5. Since we travel a lot, we are planning to use "care of" address in N400 form .We are planning to give our friend's address in "care of" space. Is this a good idea? recommended/not recommended?

Chance is there. but i do not know how high the % would be.

at least, my FP date was a fixed date at a fixed time (such as 9/2/2005, 9am).

About 2: See http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/publicaffairs/statements/GroupMng_012406PN.pdf for details. It seems you have to submit a written request when you file N-400.
 
I was not aware of the request to accomodate interview days/times for family members..I just send in our applications on Jun 1 to CA center.

with regards to fp i know a lot of ppl have done this.
Incase both of u guys different dates,if u go on the same date and talk to them at the ASC,they will most probably let you guys have fp.
But i dont think thts the case in interview.
