How Can They Start Approving Dec2000

they go by RD and Rd is still november so dont panic

yes i verified with IIo,
they actually go by the order they received the applicaiton

My theory.
I think it depends on the officer, if the officer assigned is very slow then the cases sit on his desk for ever and some are fast who would have completed the November cases and have jumped to December cases. I guess all november cases are already assigned to officers unless the files are not found. There are lot of such cases where they are, not hidden, I guess I would say kept in places where not it is not easily accessible and those cases go unnoticed and others get adjudicated. In this theory I guess when they are processing any month, it is always better to call the IIO when the case is not adjudicated beyond all others or atleast of you know from the same month are adjudicated and more cases of the next month are started to get adjudicated. Just my 2 cents.
